1. Agreement

These terms govern your use of the HomeAura storefront and your purchase of products from HomeAura GmbH. By placing an order you accept these terms.

2. Orders & pricing

All prices are shown in EUR including VAT where applicable. An order is confirmed when you receive our order confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel an order if a product is unavailable or a pricing error occurred.

3. Delivery

We ship across the EU from our German warehouse. Standard delivery takes 2–5 working days; delivery is free on orders over €49. Risk passes to you on delivery.

4. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law. To the extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the products concerned.
