Your 14-day right to withdraw
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have 14 days from receiving your order to change your mind and return it for a full refund — no reason needed. Start a return on this page within the window and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the item back.
Conditions
Items should be returned in their original condition and, where practical, original packaging. We cover the return shipping cost for faulty or incorrect items; for changed-mind returns the return cost may be deducted from the refund.
How to return
Use the return form below (or the Returns page) with your order number and email. We will confirm within one working day and send you a return label. Once the item arrives back, your refund is issued to the original payment method.
Faulty or damaged items
If an item arrives damaged or develops a fault within the statutory warranty period, contact support@homeaura.example with your order number and photos. We will repair, replace or refund at no cost to you.
